Registration Desk
Participants can pick up their personal congress material at the registration desk, which will be open at Finlandia Hall (street address: Mannerheimintie 13e, entrance M4 or K4) as follows:
June 10, 2009 (Wed) 08:00 - 20:00
June 11, 2009 (Thu) 08:00 - 17:00
June 12, 2009 (Fri) 08:00 - 17:00
June 13, 2009 (Sat) 08:00 - 17:00
The congress secretariat will be available to assist you at the registration desk during the congress.

Language
The congress language is English. There will be no simultaneous translation.

Climate and Clothing
The average day-time temperature in Finland in June is around 15-20°C (60-70°F). Evenings may be cooler. Occasional rain showers may occur. It is advisable to bring some warm clothes with you.

Lunch and Refreshments
Coffee and tea in the exhibition area during the breaks are included in the registration fees. Lunch is not included in the participants’ registration fee.

Certificate of Attendance
All participants will receive a certificate of attendance based on the number of hours for the congress and courses.

Photographing and Recording
Photographing or recording of oral and poster presentations is not allowed.

Liability
By registering for the congress and/or by participating in the exhibition, participants agree that neither the organising committee nor the congress secretariat assume any responsibility for damage or injuries to persons or property during the congress. Participants and exhibitors are advised to organise their own health, travel and personal insurance.

Letter of Invitation
Upon request, the congress organisers will be pleased to send a personal letter of invitation to enable participants to obtain supporting funds or visas for attending the congress. These invitation letters cannot be considered as an offer of financial support by the organisers.
