Currency and Methods of Payment
Payments should be made in euros (€) either by bank transfer against invoice or by credit card (only VISA, MasterCard or EuroCard are accepted).
Cancellations
Cancellations will be accepted until April 30, 2009. The full amount will be refunded less 100 € to cover cancellation costs. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail, telefax or airmail to the congress secretariat. Reimbursement will not be given for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the congress.
Changes
Changes of participants are accepted at any time at an extra charge of 30 €.
